Core feel unstable after pregnancy? This series is for you! Learn how to safely strengthen your full core and pelvic floor in a supportive environment. Appropriate for all cleared for basic physical activity; special support for those with diastasis recti or prolapse considerations. BirthFit! and functional movement progressions. Questions welcome!

+ $75 for 4 week series (Wednesdays - January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th) / $22 drop-in
