The class includes balance beam, mini trampoline, tumbling barrel, bars, games, group activities, aerobics, stretching, and more! About National Kids Gym:
Coach Katie Aberg fell in love with exercise at a very young age. As a kid, she participated in anything to keep her active! Since graduating from PSU in 2010, she has been in the fitness industry working with people of all ages (children to older adult population). She took over as the Owner and Lead Gymnastics Instructor of NKG in 2014 to focus solely on children’s gymnastics. She wants to instill healthy lifestyle behaviors in kids at a young age so they feel confident being active throughout their whole life! She loves getting to be silly every day.
She is a new mom to 1 year old son, Kamran. She lives in Fishtown with her husband, son, and pup. You can find her exploring new restaurants, cooking at home, and finding live music around the city!
