This in-person workshop prepares expectant parents to become empowered with the knowledge of their birth options that are grounded in evidence based care. This workshop is for any and all expectant parents, regardless of where they plan to give birth or what their preference may look like. The EBB Childbirth Class teaches evidence-based birth options, advocacy skills to use with medical providers, comfort measures, and common birth interventions. Plus, you will have a built in community of other expectant parents who have similar questions, fears, and excitement as you! All sessions will be interactive and engaging with the added bonus of mentorship from an experienced birth doula and childbirth educator!
