Baby massage is a sacred ancient ritual and a loving way to bond with your baby.

In many cultures the practice of massaging a newborn is passed down from generation to generation.

Join us for this workshop if you are looking to be supported on this journey, feel empowered as a parent learning ancestral skills that will help your baby sleep better, improve immunity, improve breastfeeding, stimulation, relaxation, relieve colic, gas, teething, constipation, congestion, while bonding, connecting and expanding your love in a natural, holistic way.

Mila Romero is an indigenous mother, healer, teacher, who is passionate about the power of baby massage. In her work she bridges ancestral science and family ritual of baby massage with experience as a massage therapist and her new mother's heart.

Her vision for this class is for all parents to create a bond and connection with their babies through natural ancestral ways of healing and living, expanding their love and care, for an overall healthier and happier life.

She also honors our Mother Earth by sharing knowledge of Plant Medicina that can guide our babies throughout their first years of life and beyond.

About Mila:

Mila Romero is a traditional healer, birthkeeper, holistic massage therapist, herbalist, body worker, teacher, forever student of the Earth and the Plants.

Bridge between worlds+traditions.

Native from South America, and of Kaingang-Guarani lineages, Mila comes from a family of traditional healers and midwives, she learns from and honors the sacred body of knowledge of the peoples of the Atlantic Forest, Southern Brasil.

She travels+migrates from South to North continuously learning from the land; sharing ancestral knowledge and intercultural traditions with diverse communities across the continent.

Mila integrates the teachings she received from her family elders on traditional rituals and ways of living with Western/Eastern education. Giving guidance, support and making space to facilitate holistic healing and health for individuals in all life transitions.

Mila works to create and tend to sacred+ceremonial  spaces reminding us to reflect on our relationship to the land, and to all of our ancestors. Seedling to grow sustainable communities on a foundation of kinship, always caring for mother Earth and our babies.
