Join Baby Wordplay for their SPARK (Storyplays In The Park) series! Story Baby Wordplay Storyplays are literacy-rich, fun opportunities to engage your little one with reading, songs, fingerplays, and puppets. Baby Wordplay is committed to growing readers and thinkers by promoting a love of reading aloud, modeling ways to use books, and exposing families to some of the best, age appropriate and diverse literature for children.

+ four fridays - May 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th

+ $80 for 4 week series per child / $60 per extra sibling / $22 per child per drop-in

• All classes held at Corinthian Gardens (the community garden on the east side of Eastern State Penitentiary. There is free, two hour parking along Corinthian and Brown Streets. 

  Bring your own blanket and water

About Corinthian Gardens and FESSP:

Corinthian Gardens is a thriving neighborhood asset featuring multiple gardens for multiple uses. There are edible forest gardens, including bushes and trees with berries, fruits and nuts for the taking, a natural play area with sandbox for kids up to age five, picnic tables and small recreation areas for gathering, a demonstration garden, and personal garden plots for members. 

The FESPP mission is to steward and maintain Eastern State Penitentiary Park for all, cultivating positive relationships and strong ties between residents of Fairmount, Francisville, and Spring Garden neighborhoods.
