Toddler yoga is a fun, energetic, and engaging way for children to connect to their breath and be more aware of moving their bodies in space. In this series, older toddlers and big kids will learn poses, talk about how breath can help with our feelings and work on balance and cooperation. Parents will help guide the little ones towards focus, leading by example with their participation.
